Spam Filtering Update: The marking of suspected spam is working correctly again! Messages that we believe are junk are marked by adding [*] to the subject line. You can configure Webmail to automatically delete or move the spam to a different folder. To configure this log in and then click on 'Options'. Under Mail Management click on 'Filters'. Check the 3 options:
and click the "Save Options" button. Next you need to create a filter rule. To do this click on "Edit your filter rules" Under the heading "Rule Definition" click the checkbox for "Subject" and in the Text box enter [*] Under "Action" pick what you would like done with the junk by choosing an action - either delete or move it to a different folder Note that if you want to move the message to a 'spam' folder you will need to create the spam folder before creating the rule. Folders are created using the 'Folders' icon on the main menu. Be sure to hit the 'Create' button when you are done to save your new rule!
